Market leadership demands for sound social enterprise

As a market leader, SiSo takes her responsibility for sound social enterprise. We’ll see to it that stored information on hard drives doesn’t become public, but gets wiped meticulously. For this purpose we employ the highest international standards regarding data removal, in cooperation with Blancco. Non-functioning systems or unmarketable components will solely be offered to authorized recycling companies, who comply strictly with the statutory environmental laws and directives of the VROM department.

In 2004,[ we developed a new policy on social involvement under the name “SiSo Donations”. Our aim is to provide more children access to ICT-education. Approx. 10,000 of the systems that we receive on an annual basis are donated to schools and charitable institutions. Thus SiSo ensures that a greater group of people in this world gain access to internet and e-mail.
