About SiSo

SiSo Inc. was founded in 1991. At the moment, the company has 25 permanent staff members in the Netherlands and 5 in the French office. Our business activities are incorporated in the so-called service program ICT End of Life Services. This equipment is distributed primarily to foreign educational institutions, dealers and intermediaries in Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Our organization operates with clearly defined business principles and a definite view on sound social enterprise. We achieve this by filling in our social involvement in the countries in which we operate. In 2004 we developed a new policy on social involvement under the name “SiSo Donations”, which aims to provide better access to ICT education for children worldwide. For this purpose, SiSo puts a certain percentage of her purchased equipment at the disposal of charitable causes.

We also take our responsibility when it comes to environment. We carefully employ the recycling guidelines for outdated ICT equipment and act according to the rules and legislation of the VROM department. We’re the precursor in starting new initiatives for reducing the environmental inconvenience of outdated ICT hardware.

Activities

Replacement and depreciation of ICT equipment is a continuous process. However, the equipment is, despite being depreciated economically, often of excellent quality. SiSo enables making this used equipment suitable for the market again.

The physical, commercial and administrative processing of ICT equipment that needs to be replaced is part of SiSo’s core activity. We take care of the removal, inventory draw-up, asset registration, data removal and trading-in of used ICT hardware. Thanks to our many years of experience with the international trade market, we achieve high residual value for your used ICT equipment. Besides achieving residual value (remarketing), we also provide the physical return, full inventory and registration of used ICT hardware.

Computer systems with data carriers containing data and or software will be wiped by SiSo in a certified and guaranteed manner. This will be confirmed to our clients by a confidentiality and warranty clause. SiSo performs her “ICT End of Lifecycle Services” for business relations, government institutions and the banking and industrial sector.

All our business activities are developed based on 3 clear business principles. Our mission is as follows: :

To be a professional and high qualitative ICT End-of-life service provider, meeting and exceeding expectations of our clients in an environmental respecting manner”.
